• General objective

To contribute to the social, economic, and welfare inclusion of victims of anti-personnel mines (APM) and unexploded ordnance (UXO) in affected communities through the sustainable strengthening of local organizations and victims’ associations, fostering their autonomy, sustainability, and articulation through the transfer of technical and operational capacities from a second-level organization.
