• General objective

Consolidate comprehensive territorial processes of historical memory and truth that promote knowledge, dissemination, and continuity of the CEV’s legacy, specifically in recommendation 67, in the departments of Antioquia, Cauca, Caquetá, Nariño, Norte Santander, and Risaralda, including the development of initiatives, promotion of places and sites of memory, pedagogical actions with social appropriation, and preservation of human rights archives that evidence serious violations of Human Rights and infractions of International Humanitarian Law as a result of the internal armed conflict.
