#ffffff;\"><em>Final Agreement for the Termination of the Conflict and the Construction of a Stable and Lasting Peace \u201d(hereinafter the Final Agreement)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-02ec535 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"02ec535\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>signed between the Government of Colombia and the former FARC-EP, in 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4eb03f e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a4eb03f\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5147e35 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"5147e35\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Its main focus is to <strong>mobilize and coordinate financing and co-financing for catalytic interventions to support the implementation of the Final Agreement. <\/strong>Catalytic investments are defined as those aimed at filling strategic financing gaps when other resources are unavailable, investments that unlock or enable processes vital to peacebuilding, or financial resources that support innovative or high-risk approaches that partners cannot support. (MUSE).<\/li>\n<li>Reduce the humanitarian impact generated by the presence of these devices in the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Productive and economic development in these territories improving the security and habitability conditions of the affected populations, the effective enjoyment of their lands, as one of the necessary conditions to achieve peace in
